Stay at home with lot of online class and meeting? It is time for parents and kids to have fun. Join Chef Louie FUN virtual pizza class, from marking pizza dough to the perfect slide! This parents and kids’ virtual pizza class idea is to make a great fun and energize activity in your kitchen. During this class you will learn simple way to make delicious pizza at home ★ how to make pizza dough from scratch ★ homemade pizzas sauce ★ topped with vegetable, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese ★ bake and check if your pizza is ready About the class • Class use organic wheat with malt ,sorry we don’t have any other options right now. • Cooking class is fully interactive with a small group zoom meeting. • Chef will prepare fresh ingredient box for you to pick up a day before class. We will bake 2 of 12” pizza (each make 8 slides good for 2-3 people) • Chef accompanies you throughout the entire process. • We will prepare the bag of ingredients for you to pick up a day before class online (Ingredients can be adapted for dietary restrictions). • Equipment list will be email to you after sign up. • Technology Connect with the chef using Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile device. • Class sizes are between 4 to 12 connections to ensure all guests can participate and ask questions. • Event Duration 70 minutes (included baking for 15 minutes) 11:00 AM-12:10 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time Here are what you need to prepare at home: Ingredient; - Salt and Pepper - Sugar - Olive oil - Water Kitchen Equipment; - Oven gas or electrical (450 F) - Sheet pan or pizza pan (18” x 13”) X 2 - Scale - Measuring pitcher - Knife - Mixing bowl X 2 - Tongs - Oven mitt or kitchen towel - Brush (for apply garlic oil after bake ) - Rolling pin or use your hand -Spoon - Pot - Strainer - Blender or Potato Masher or wisk - Microplane (optional) - Pizza stone (optional) For any question please email or call us.
