Space Rental Only

Flat rate of $750

Rent the space for 3 hours.
Maximum 30 people
Includes a 15% discount on all food and beverages purchased.

Additional Information:

15 days advance booking and confirmation is required for all packages.
Maximum party size 30 people for seating or 40 people for standing
A corkage fee $10 per bottle for wine and $20 for spirit and a case of beer
Prices listed do not include tax. An 18% service gratuity will be added to the total bill.
Southside Station reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
